This metal detector uses multi-frequency technology. It's called Multi IQ. New, more advanced technology achieves even more optimal depth and sensitivity. The Equinox 600 uses multiple frequencies simultaneously (Multi, 5, 10, 15, 20, and 40 kHz). You can use all of these frequencies simultaneously or switch to a single frequency of 5, 10, and 15 kHz. Because each frequency has its own sensitivity and depth capabilities, the Equinox 600 allows you to achieve optimal detection distance and performance. Therefore, this MD also benefits its owners more than other detectors that use lower technology standards.
