Gold Refining System TS-ATM-E5-K

The gold refining system in this container is designed for extraction and purifying gold and silver With capacity 5 kg per batchThe system offers maximum flexibility with a process adjusted to various levels of gold content in the compound.

For the material with more gold content than 80%, the process includes powdering, solvent using aqua regia, a stage of gold reduction to reach 99.99% purity, acid clots, washing, drying, and printing pure gold ingots 99.99%.

For the material with less gold content than 80%, process begins with making powder through atomization, the cancellation of the author using nitrate acid, and the solvent with aqua regia. Gold was then reduced in two stages: the first stage produced gold with 99.99% purity, while the remaining coarse gold powder was returned to the solvement of aqua regia to achieve its final purity.

The system produces two final products: 1kg gold ingot with 99.99% purity and crude silver powderAll the equipment is placed in a 40 feet of container, so easily moved and installed.

This system requires as much electricity as 24 Kw and use 330:400 litres of water per batch. Equipped with Air exhaust system and wastewater neutralization system to ensure safe and efficient operations. The required chemicals include aqua regia, water, active carbon and nitrate acid. Installation is not included in packages but is available as additional options.
